Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days and shipping is about 2 days -4 weeks from the time the order is processed. 

You will receive an email notification to let you know that your products have shipped with a link to track your product.  If any delays occur, you will be notified immediately with an adjusted shipping timeline and delivery.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Turkish Style US is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Turkish Style US takes full responsibility for damages that occurs during shipping as a curtsey to our customers.  To get a replacement item, please email us proof at turkishstyle.us@gmail.com and a replacement will be sent.
